How can I retrieve a lost password?
When logging in you will see a link for forgotten passwords. Click the link and follow the instructions in the email. Make sure to check your spam folder for the email.
Can I buy an eBook without a membership?
You are required to have a user name on the website to make any purchases. When you decide to buy something you will be prompted to make an account with the purchase. You are able to purchase individual guides with just a free user account however, a paid membership is not required.
What are your Terms of Service?

Do you offer refunds?
The content on this website is digital in nature, and because of that, refunds are not guaranteed. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please submit a support ticket above and you will be assisted.
Can I upgrade my membership?
You are encouraged to purchase the membership you want at the time of purchase. We will however, at times, offer upgrade options on both the website and through email communication.
Are your eBooks updated throughout the year?
Yes! All of our content is update as new setups are found, as well as in the event of a patch from Electronic Arts that affects gameplay.
Can I share a membership with my friends?
Account sharing is against the Terms of Service and is heavily discouraged. That being said, you are allowed three IP addresses on your account. Once you exceed three IP addresses accessing your account the system will block account access and you will NOT be refunded. If you feel your account was blocked in error, please submit a support ticket.
